POLICIES

Booking 

All clients will only be able to book one appointment at a time, 6 weeks in advance. This booking policy applies for both clients who have paid upfront and those who pay as you go. This is to manage your treatment efficiently and ensure sessions are appropriately spaced for best results.

 

Treatment

Pre & post-treatment advice must be followed. Failure to do so will result in being turned away from your appointment for your own safety. When having treatment at Southsea Laser Clinic, you agree not to go elsewhere for laser hair removal on the same treatment area.

 

Cancellation 

If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, we require at least 48 hours notice. If you don’t give appropriate notice of cancellation or fail to show for your appointment, any previous deposit will be forfeited and a £20 cancellation fine must be paid before you’re able to book your next appointment.

 

Refunds 

No refunds will be given for single treatments, package treatments or upfront payments. Deposits are non-refundable. Gift vouchers are also non-refundable.

 

Clinic

Southsea Laser Clinic is appointment-only. When you attend your appointment, we ask that you arrive at the exact time booked, and come alone. We are unable to have any plus ones or babies/children in the clinic for insurance purposes. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, your appointment may not be able to go ahead. In the event of lateness, please call us on 07808 645615 (do not message on Instagram/Facebook/email as it may not be picked up in time).

 

Parking

Please do not park in the spaces directly outside of the clinic as this is private land - we admit no liability for any parking charges incurred. There is 1 hour free on-street parking along Marmion Road, or you can park in the Waitrose carpark.
