All clients will only be able to book one appointment at a time, 6-12 weeks in advance. This booking policy applies for both clients who have paid upfront and those who pay as you go. This is to manage your treatment efficiently and ensure sessions are appropriately spaced for best results.



Pre & post-treatment advice must be followed. Failure to do so will result in being turned away from your appointment for your own safety. When having treatment at Southsea Laser Clinic, you agree not to go elsewhere for laser hair removal on the same treatment area.


Your treatment may be carried out by any of our fully trained & qualified therapists - due to the alternating shift patterns, we cannot guarantee you will be seen by the same therapist at each appointment and we are unable to accommodate requests for specific therapists.



If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, we require at least 48 hours notice. If you don’t give appropriate notice of cancellation or fail to show for your appointment, any previous deposit will be forfeited and a £30 cancellation fine must be paid before you’re able to book your next appointment.



No refunds will be given for single treatments, package treatments or upfront payments. Deposits are non-refundable. Gift vouchers are also non-refundable.



Southsea Laser Clinic is appointment-only. When you attend your appointment, we ask that you arrive at the exact time booked, and come alone. We are unable to have any plus ones or babies/children in the clinic for insurance purposes. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, your appointment may not be able to go ahead. In the event of lateness, please call us on 023 9200 1817 (do not message on Instagram/Facebook/email as it may not be picked up in time).



Please do not park in the spaces directly outside of the clinic as this is private land - we admit no liability for any parking charges incurred. There is 1 hour free on-street parking along Marmion Road, or you can park in the Waitrose carpark.

Image consent

We are required by our insurance company to take before & after photos for every treatment. With permission, we also use these for marketing purposes but clients identity will never be revealed.


Any complaints must be emailed in full detail to for us to review and respond within 2 working days.
